Create An Automatic Personalized Image

What Does it Mean

In order to create a personalized experience we have created a cool feature - we call it “dynamic thumbnail”. This means that you can add a clickable image, which will also be AUTOMATICALLY personalized inside the email. For example, say you prepared an ‘Annual Summary” MP5 video and send this to your mailing list. When Lee, for example, opens the email - he will see an image with text on it that says: “Lee, Here is your annual summary”. When Fiona opens that same Email she will see an image with  “Fiona, Here is your annual summary” - and so forth.

  1. Edit the Email Add a random image inside the relevant text box, make sure it’s in the same proportions you would want the final image to be.

  2. Add the customized link: Mark the image and use the ‘Link’ button in the text editor and follow the instructions

    1. Link to: Web address
    2. Web Address: Copy the customized link you prepared in the previous section

  3. Replace the image source with your customized image link:

    1. Click the Code editing option
    2. Inside the HTML code - Find the image source: it should be after the image dimensions and start with “src=
    3. Replace the source URL with your dynamic thumbnail image: The real thumbnail link will be sent to you once the relevant design is provided. [DYNAMIC IMAGE LINK WILL BE SENT]
